About the Role
Sr. Project Managers and Project Managers will have overall responsibility for an assigned construction project and a proven track record in preconstruction, safety, quality, budgeting, scheduling, business development, and close out of nationally known projects.
Manage the activities of contractors, vendors, and labor, maintaining strict control over the accuracy and quality for each work activity.
Plan look-ahead schedules, maintain project schedule controls.
Identify and report problems or deficiencies to the Director / project executives
Document on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance to project/contract requirements
Maintain strict control over the budget for each work activity
Assist in preparation of project status report and provide complete daily reports to the Project Manager.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of construction experience as a Project Manager
5+ years of commercial construction experience in leading projects in the verticals of Manufacturing Facilities, Industrial Centers.
Projects managed should include the Ground up new construction or New Construction scopes of work.
